Practical information: You will be watching the fire whilst you can hear my voice. The aim is to inspire you to listen to your inner feelings, I will give you a few coaching questions to reflect on, whilst in silence. During the session you will be able to take in the beautiful Swedish wilderness in Skattungbyn (Orsa, Sweden) and just be in the moment. When the fire has burned out you have the opportunity to invest in a follow-up session (group or 1-2-1) on Zoom (see step 3 below).
