A free 2-hour guided silent retreat experience from La Gomera

ABOUT THE SESSION
This experience is an invitation to step out of noise and return to yourself through nature, silence and simple inner guidance.
A space to slow down, listen inwardly and reconnect with yourself.
Please set aside 2 uninterrupted hours, ideally in a quiet space or outdoors. Bring a notebook and something to drink.
Throughout the session, you are guided through gentle coaching questions, silence, feeling and inner reflection — with simple tools to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, needs, and inner guidance.
At the center of the experience is a 45-minute period of complete silence, where you are invited to sit with your journal and work directly with what has emerged in you.
We close with a fire reflection, where you are invited to let go of what you no longer need and reconnect with what you want to bring more of into your life.

Continue listening to your inner voice. At the end of part 2 you will have 45 min to yourself & your journal.
Part 3 – Fire
Welcome back after your 45 min with yourself. We end by the fire.
