My journey began in business and leadership, where I worked as a CEO and leader. In 2005, I experienced burnout — a turning point that made me question what a sustainable and meaningful life really means.

I started my own business in 2008 and became a professional coach in 2009. Since then, my work has evolved from helping people find answers to something much simpler:

Creating the space for people to hear their own.

Over the years, I have worked with individuals, groups, leaders, organisations and young people, delivered hundreds of talks and workshops, and completed 1,000+ coaching hours.

Nature and silence have become central to my work. They have been some of my strongest teachers — helping me regulate my nervous system, heal, slow down and reconnect with my own inner voice.

Today, these experiences come together through Tysta Coachen – The Swedish Silent Coach and Källan – The Source Is Within.

I create talks, workshops and experiences that invite people to pause, listen within and develop greater self-trust, self-leadership and clarity.

Through talks and workshops, I invite young people to explore self-trust, choices, wellbeing, dreams and the courage to find their own way.

My work with hundreds of young people through 4H in Dalarna, Sweden, has strengthened my belief that young people need opportunities to experience responsibility, nature, simplicity and the freedom to discover what they are capable of.

Before we ask young people what they want to achieve, perhaps we should give them space to discover who they are.

I don’t believe meaningful change begins with more information. It begins with a moment to pause, listen and see yourself – and the world – differently.

My talks combine inspiration, reflection and practical tools.

Sometimes there is conversation.
Sometimes there is silence.
Sometimes there is nature.

And sometimes there is simply a new question.

A question that only you can answer.
