The Journey – Pia Maria Webb
My path has never been linear. It has moved through the world of business, leadership, coaching, lecturing, and writing — including my book Improve Your Own Quality of Life the Swedish Way (2014).
For many years, I worked in environments shaped by performance, structure and outward achievement. It was a world that taught me a great deal — about people, change and responsibility. But over time, something began to shift. A slower way of living started to emerge. One with less noise, fewer words, and more presence.

TURNING INWARD
What began as personal time in nature gradually became something deeper — a way of listening.
Since 2020, silence has become a central part of my life. Not as a practice to achieve something, but as a way of returning to what is already here.
This shift has changed how I live, how I relate and how I work with others.
It has moved my work from doing to being.
WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE & NATURE
Alongside my coaching work, I have been deeply engaged in supporting young people through 4H in Dalarna.
There, I developed and helped shape an off-grid farm environment where children and teenagers could reconnect with nature, responsibility, and themselves — without the constant presence of screens, pressure, or performance.
Through projects such as Nedsläckt – lev utan el, I have witnessed something very simple and very powerful:
When noise is removed, something alive returns.
Young people soften. They become present. They come back to themselves in a way that feels natural and immediate.
This has shaped my understanding of human well-being more than anything else.
A QUIETER WAY OF LIVING
Today, my life is guided by simplicity, presence, and nature.
I live and work between Sweden and nature-based environments such as La Gomera, where silence and simplicity are part of daily life.
Much of my work is now created from this space — including retreats, 1:1 sessions, and the Silence Experiences.
WHAT THIS JOURNEY HAS BECOME
This path has not been about becoming someone new. It has been about letting go of what is not essential. And returning to what is real. Everything I now offer is rooted in one simple intention:
Transformational support for inner peace — through silence, presence and nature.
